6 Month Plan: Transform Your “Way of Being” From the Inside Out

I look forward to working with you and I am deeply committed to helping you discover, create and achieve a “Way of Being” for your life that is built upon your unique gifts and talents and enables you to recognize and fulfill your life’s purpose.  Together we will explore what you desire and what your natural and most powerful way of achieving that is.

There are three aspects to our coaching. The first two includes the strategies and tactics and for identifying and updating the core beliefs and habits currently creating your life experiences with a primary goal of improving your life circumstances.

The third aspect is what makes transformation into your most authentic “Way of Being” possible. You are the greatest expert on your own life. I will help you to get in touch with that expert, that part of you that knows who you are at your core and what your life purpose truly is. It’s that part of you that gives you clues every day about what to do next. Sometimes we refer to this as innate, natural, or intuitive wisdom. Together, we will use those clues to tap into that wisdom; to change your relationship, your “way of being”  with your life circumstances leading you to a life filled with a greater sense of peace, understanding, confidence, security, and grace, the “Pearls” of wisdom’s promise.

Having a clear Coaching Agreement establishes a foundation for our work together and ensures that you have a well-defined path to achieving the results you desire.

Coaching services are not in any way a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and results. You agree not to hold me, or any company I am affiliated with, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process.

As your coach, you can expect me to:

1. Be a partner in bringing out the best, the deepest, and the truest in you.
2. Provide safety, encouragement, and support; an environment in which you can relax and explore.
3. Respect the confidentiality of the agreements we make.
4. Expand your view of what is possible and promote discovery of new insights.
5. Give you input, straight feedback and operate as a sounding board.
6. Listen carefully to what you say and ask questions that increase awareness.
7. Be an on-going resource for you in accomplishing your intentions.
    

I expect that you, as my client will:

1. Cultivate honesty with yourself.
2. Commit yourself to intentions that are truly meaningful and significant to you.
3. Be open to my feedback and keep me honestly informed as to what is and is not working for you.
4. Take ownership for your progress and your accomplishments.
5. Take financial responsibility for your coaching time. If you are unable to provide 24-hour cancelation notice for a one-on-one session the following charges and/or conditions will apply:
   1. “As you go” sessions – current/contracted hourly rate.
   2. Plans, Programs and Courses – reschedule session for the same week if available, otherwise coaching through email.
   3. Emergencies – reschedule session.

THE OPTIMAL COACHING EXPERIENCE

Transforming one’s “Way of Being” is a continuous process and as with most transformations occurs over the course of time. We believe that results can be accomplished on a per session basis but true transformation, as our experience has shown, takes place over many sessions. For this reason:

This coaching system includes a total of 23.5 hours of coaching over a minimum of 6 months. The types of sessions are as follows:

• 2 120-Minute Self-Leadership Assessment and Debrief 
• 1 90-Minute Discovery Session
• 15 60-Minute Coaching Sessions
• 1 90-Minute Family/Friends/Other coaching session
• Bonus:  90 minutes of additional non-expiring coaching (minimum 30-minute increments)

After you have completed the first of two Self-Assessment and Debrief sessions you will schedule your “regular" coaching sessions which include a 90-minute discovery session and 15, 60-minute coaching sessions. We find a 3 week on and 1 week off rotation works best.  Your 90-minute family/friends/other coaching session can be scheduled anytime during the duration of your coaching plan or as agreed between you and your coach. Your second Self-Assessment and Debrief can be scheduled after completion of 14 of the 16 “regular” coaching sessions. Bonus hours do not expire and can be scheduled anytime.

 In between regularly appointed coaching sessions, we will use online or email "post-session recaps" to enhance and anchor the benefits of your coaching. This will create a "journaling" of your success. Prior to each coaching session, we will use an online or email “call session strategy form” for you to indicate what is important for you to focus on in the upcoming session. See Private Client Access below.
 

Details for each session, time, place, and method of access (phone, Zoom, etc.) will be indicated in the appointment reminder that is sent both 48 and 24 hours before the session.

On occasion, you may have an urgent question, request for feedback or want a confidential response to some situation where you don't want to wait for your next session. This is a "just in time coaching" where you can use the “Client Log” in your Wisdom’s Way Portal to get a timely response. In an emergency, you may call/text me directly.

Once a coaching plan or program has been completed, you may continue the coaching experience on a per session basis.

PRIVATE CLIENT ACCESS

Everything we will be using in this coaching experience (tools, forms, schedules, documents, resources, etc.) will all be housed conveniently on a secured and confidential "Private Client Website". Upon enrolling for the coaching experience, you will be given a unique username and password.  At your convenience you may access this "Private Client Website" area to access, review and/or update the tools, documents, resources, etc. that we'll be using through our coaching. I will provide you with the access information and further instructions once we begin coaching.

Through this Private Client Website, I will provide you with a specific tool to support you in preparing for your coaching sessions so you can leverage every minute we spend together (Session Strategy Form).  I will also provide you with another tool to support you after our coaching session is complete (Post Session Recap Form); this will keep the coaching going into your everyday life. And, in between each coaching session you will have access to me via email and the Client Log tool so that at any time you have questions, become stuck or care to share victories I am available to you.

 CONFIDENTIALITY

The Coach represents, warrants, and agrees as follows:

All information provided by the Client to the Coach during the coaching relationship will be deemed "Confidential Information" and kept strictly confidential unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Coach will not disclose any communications, either verbal or written, that have taken place either between the Coach and the Client or about this Agreement without the prior written consent of the Client. 

This confidentiality restriction also applies to testimonials, which the Coach may use for promotional reasons only with the consent of the Client. The Client may request anonymity in connection with any testimonials to be used.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, "Confidential Information" does not include information that is:

(a)   previously known to the Coach prior to discussions regarding this Agreement, free from any obligation to keep it confidential, or

(b)   publicly disclosed by the Client either prior to or after the receipt by the Coach of such information, or

(c)    independently developed by the Coach without any access to Confidential Information, or

(d)   rightfully obtained by the Coach from a third party lawfully in possession of Confidential Information who is not bound by confidentiality obligations to the Client.

 The Coach may disclose Confidential Information if required to do so under applicable law, rule or order; provided that the Coach, where reasonably practicable and to the extent legally permissible, provides the Client with prior written notice of the required disclosure. The Coach will return, or at the Client's request, destroy, all copies of the Confidential Information in the Coach's possession or control upon termination of this Agreement.

THE SYSTEM OF MONEY

The total of our coaching agreement is for $1320

You have two choices as to how you pay for these services:

PAYMENT OPTION A: Pay In Full

With this option, the total amount of the agreement $1320 is due at the beginning of our coaching agreement.

PAYMENT OPTION B:  Pay each month.

With this option the agreed upon monthly payment would be made by credit card and automatically processed by my office on the 7^th of each month.  The total monthly payment would be $220 for 6 cycles.

WAYS TO PAY

Online: You may pay using a credit/debit card through Paypal or Stripe. Installment plans will automatically charge every 30 days beginning with purchase date until paid in full.

Offline:

• You may pay in person via cash, check or credit/debit card for both one time and installment payments.
• Cash/check payments are due before or at the time of service unless other arrangements are made with your coach.
• Debit/credit card installment payments are charged automatically every 30 days beginning with purchase date until paid in full.

Any balances due may be paid directly through your private portal.

Credit for Prior Coaching: Level 2 and 3 plans for  the program "Transform Your Way of Being From the Inside Out" will include a credit for the prior level payment. You will never pay more across levels than the cost of the level you are currently enrolled in. Fox example, if you enroll and complete level 1 and decide to continue with Level 2, your level 1 fee will be credited towards your level 2 fee. 

Bonus Coaching Hours: Bonus hours awarded at each level are inclusive of the prior level's bonus hours. For example, if you enroll in Level 1 you are awarded 30 minutes of bonus coaching. If you continue with Level 2 you will receive an additional 30 minutes of bonus coaching time for a total of 60 minutes; the amount awarded for the level you are currently enrolled in.

We want you to fully realize the benefits of coaching that we have seen so many of our client’s experience. We want you to feel comfortable with your decision and take away any financial risk you may perceive.

If after participating fully, you do not agree that the process of coaching is worth every penny of the price you paid just let us know anytime within the first 30 days of your coaching engagement and we will promptly make arrangements to refund your charge card for the entire amount.
