The Wisdom's Way Self-Leadership Assessment

The Wisdom's Way Self-Leadership Assessment based on the **E.L.I or Energy Leadership Index, is a one of kind assessment which will help you understand exactly who you are being, and why, in this very moment in your life. It will help you understand the "why of you", the choices you have made in the past and give you a framework for imagining where you can take yourself in the future. The key to the door of wisdom is to know yourself; the E.L.I helps by raising your awareness of the default thoughts, feelings and actions that define your current "way of being". The E.L.I is an attitudinal assessment which is based on an energy/action model that focuses on you as the leader of your life. It differs from personality assessments as it is not intended to label a person and have them work well within that label. Instead, it measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception and perspective of your world. Because attitude is subjective it can be altered. By working with a coach using the E.L.I, you will learn how you can alter your attitude and perspective, make a shift in your consciousness and and ultimately create transformational change in your life. Your coach is an E.L.I Master Practitioner who will debrief the assessment with you and use the results to create a personalized program within any of our signature coaching plans. Please Note: If you have already enrolled in a coaching plan, your self-leadership assessment and debrief is included. Enroll here only if you are interested in taking the assessment outside of a coaching plan.

Many of our signature coaching plans include two assessments and debrief sessions. If your package includes a second assessment, you will take it nearing the completion of the program. This will showcase your progress and reinforce the learning and growth you are experiencing as you progress towards achieving your goals.
